Emma started with Kairros in 2020 as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. Prior to working in Occupational Rehabilitation, Emma worked in Emergency Services as a 000-call taker, looking after the whole of NSW during COVID-19, the 2019 bushfires and everything in between.

As a proud Wiradjuri woman, Emma finds joy in working with her community, helping them achieve great outcomes in their return to work. With a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), she has a strong interest in complex psychological claims.

Outside of work, Emma treasures time with her family, including her two cats. She enjoys attending concerts and indulging in crafting activities.
