Kairros psychologist and consultant, Kelsey Tribe won the ‘Outstanding Return to Work (RTW)’ category of the ARPA NSW Awards held in Sydney on 12 November.
Business Manager of Kairros, Danielle Brown said:
“We’re very proud that Kelsey’s work was recognised in this way. She did amazing work with this client, supporting a taxi driver from a Non-English-Speaking Background who had been assaulted and felt ‘useless’ as he could not return to that job. After working through his concerns with him, Kelsey secured him a work trial as a bookkeeper. His Mandarin-speaking skills made him extremely valuable to new employer and he was offered fulltime employment. Excited was an understatement, the client was over the moon about it.”
Held annually, the ARPA awards help celebrate the talents and achievements of professionals in workplace rehabilitation who are committed to success in all aspects of service provision in New South Wales.
Our congratulations also go to Jane Forsythe who was a finalist in the Outstanding Consultant category.
