Early Intervention Services

At Kairros, we provide unique Early Intervention Services with tailored solutions to meet the needs of Australia’s diverse workforce.

Our approach focuses on culturally inclusive services, supported by our in-house Kairros Interpreting Service (KIS) and bilingual consultants. We offer flexible, proactive support for clients and employers at times that suit them, providing education and assessments to enable clients to receive early suitable duties. By empowering both clients and employers, we ensure a sustainable recovery for all.

What’s unique about our Early Intervention services:

Culturally inclusive support

We focus on multicultural service delivery, integrating KIS and bilingual Rehabilitation Consultants, improving communication and accuracy across treating parties and empowering clients in their recovery.

Extra support for NESB clients

Our consultants also provide additional support to non-English speaking background (NESB) clients by assisting with the completion and collection of claim documents during the initial meeting.

Flexible support with night shift capability

We provide support when it’s convenient for both clients and employers, including night shift availability.
