Last week the Kairros team hit the road for the launch of our new Kairros Insights Forums, heading to Wollongong on Wednesday 26 November then to the Gold Coast on Thursday 27 November.
The new forum series provides an opportunity to discuss how growth projected in key sectors nationally and locally may shape tomorrow’s workforce.
The key message? Retention is just as important as skills development, and person-centred, wrap-around support builds resilience for people, businesses, and the broader economy.
