Kairros

Kairros provides professional advice on a range of health management and re-employment issues for employers, insurers and clients.

In early November Ivy Wang, our National Diverse Recoveries Service Manager, had a fantastic couple of days at the 2025 National Multicultural Health and Wellbeing Conference, presented by The Australian Multicultural Health Collaborative and FECCA (Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia).

With the theme ‘Shaping Tomorrow Together’, a standout session for Ivy was the welcome address by Chair of FECCA, Peter Doukas OAM, who highlighted three key foundations for advancing multicultural health equity – access to accredited interpreters, culturally informed service delivery, and meaningful data collection to ensure all communities are represented. These points strongly align with our service model and approach at Kairros, and the calls to action made in our recent White Paper.
