On 23 September 2025, professionals from across the business and insurance sectors gathered at the Hilton Sydney for a dynamic training session focused on cultural impacts on recovery and return to work outcomes.
Hosted by Bree Spearman, National Customer Experience Manager, the popular training session provided participants with an in-depth understanding of:

- Best-practice in cross-cultural communication
- Strategies to support culturally diverse workers to achieve improved health and recovery outcomes.
