Today we’re celebrating three years of Kairros Interpreting Service (KIS)!
We started KIS when we saw an opportunity to better support our culturally diverse clients to navigate the return-to-work and recovery process, through interpreters that were fully integrated with our consultants and knowledgeable in workplace rehabilitation.
In 2022, we had fewer than 20 interpreters, servicing 10 languages. Our team has since rapidly grown to over 260 NAATI-certified interpreters, including those proficient in Auslan, servicing over 90 languages and dialects!
Since our launch, we are proud to have delivered over 4,000 interpreting sessions, to help breakdown the language barrier and ensure better outcomes for clients and customers.
