This week Kairros came together to celebrate and farewell our incredible team member Irma Page, who has been an integral part of Kairros for over two decades. From a special lunch and afternoon tea to a surprise video filled with heartfelt messages from colleagues, it was a fitting tribute to someone who has touched so many lives.
Irma has been the steady hand behind the scenes, supporting consultants, editing countless reports, managing systems, and most importantly, building a team culture where people truly look out for one another.
As she shared, “It’s like one big family, and that’s what I really loved, the people. I wouldn’t have stayed this long if it wasn’t for them.”
We’ll miss Irma’s warmth, humour, and unwavering dedication to supporting colleagues and championing equitable recovery for all.
Irma, thank you for embodying the values of Kairros and for being such a valued part of our journey. We wish you every happiness in retirement, from morning walks and volunteering to precious time with your grandchild.
