Jennifer holds an overseas Bachelor’s degree in Arts major in Political Science and is a NAATI-certified interpreter in Filipino/Tagalog and English. She has been with Kairros since 2019 and was appointed to Kairros Interpreting Service (KIS) Manager in 2022 when the service was launched. Through Jennifer’s time in this role, she has been integral to the growth of KIS, which started with several interpreters to now a panel of more than 200 interpreters.

Jennifer is also a member of MedHealth’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) working group. Her work with the DEI team and her role as KIS Manager is a real testament to Jennifer’s dedication in equitable service for diverse communities.

Before joining Kairros, Jennifer spent approximately 10 years in employment services, held various roles as Employment Consultant, Employer Liaison Officer and Post-Placement Support Officer.
